Hill Country Indian Artifacts Show
(Dealers)

We want to express our sincere thank you to all of the dealers who have made the Hill Country Indian Artifacts Show what it is today. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our show and would appreciate any suggestions.

  1. Table price: Hill Country Indian Artifacts Show does the advertising for you! Our goal is to get as many people thru the door as we can, so you, the dealer, can make money. The price is $50 per table & must be paid-in-full prior to the show. The cost of your table goes for the following (along with hall rental):

    a) Advertising in the following papers; Fredericksburg Standard, Hill Country Coop, Boerne Star (& other Hill Country publications owned by Boerne Star)
    b) Send out 1500 post cards all over the United States.
    c) Pass out approximately 3000 fliers all over Texas.
    d) Online advertisement on www.hillcountryindianartifacts.com & various other artifact websites.

  2. Parking lot sales: In the past, there have been some under-the-table dealings happening in the parking lot from people who refuse to purchase a table. This decreases opportunities for you dealers who have purchased tables. The parking lot will be monitored for illegal sales.

  3. Walk-in frames: Show attendees who walk in with a frame of arrowheads will now be charged $10 per frame. Every time they leave the building and return with a frame (regardless if it is the same frame) they will be charged $10 again. They have been instructed to sell to the dealers only and not the general public. Do not allow walk-in’s to put their frames on your table or on top of your frames without your permission. If you see any of these infractions, please let us know & they will be escorted out of the show.

We thank you again for your support. Happy hunting!
